Common Questions
WHAT IS A LASH LIFT?
A lash lift is a semi-permanent procedure that gives your natural lashes a lift that lasts 6-8 weeks or as long as your natural lash cycle. A specially formulated nourishing lotion with a silicone rod is used to lift your lashes from the root to create longer looking, perfectly curled, high definition lashes. A biotin supplement and/or lash serum is suggested to maintain good lash health. We offer beautiful custom lash lifts while maintaining the health and structural integrity of your natural lashes.

Women who are pregnant or nursing may experience unusual hair loss, hair structural changes or even new hair growth. This may be due to hormonal changes however not every woman’s hormones behave in the same way. With these hormonal changes, sometimes an eyelash lift might not work or could also mean the processing time that is required would differ from a woman who is not pregnant or nursing. During the first trimester of pregnancy, women may also have higher sensitivities during this period and we recommend avoiding performing procedures during this time in the event a reaction develops. Pregnant or nursing mothers who do experience a reaction are not able to take antihistamines and antibiotics as some medications could affect their child.

IF IV’E HAD A REACTION TO EYELASH EXTENSIONS (ITCHY, SWOLEN EYES), CAN I HAVE A LASH LIFT?
Eyelash extension adhesives contain an ingredient called cyanoacrylate and other stabilizing ingredients that can cause sensitivities. Our lash lifting adhesives do not have these ingredients, so the chances are very minimal that a client will have a reaction using the lash lift products. A patch test is recommended to rule out any sensitivities.
